IN LOVING MEMORY OF STAR

Ch Outagami's Lealee Rising Star
(June 1997 - May 2002)

Star arrived here in Aug of 1997, a little toller with a big heart and she instantly stole our hearts. She did everything with gusto wether it was retrieving, playing with kids, raising babies (hers and the other dogs too), loving people or even eating dinner.

Star was my constant companion and you couldn't ask for a better friend. She was always a joy to be around as she was one of the happiest dogs I've ever known. This beautiful girl was lost way too soon and too young but she will always remain one of the brightest stars in our lives.

SALTY

Ch Outagami's Lealee Western Star CD TT
"Salty" is a fun loving girl with a mind of her own. She was our first Toller and
it is because of her that we became so enraptured with the breed.

DAWN and HONEY

Lealee's Morning Star and Lealee's Bright Star

Dawn and Honey are daughters of our beloved Star and grandaughters of Salty. They are very active, intelligent girls always looking for someone to play with. Both have a very strong retrieving drive.

GUNNER

Lealee's Shooting Star
DOLLY

Lealee's Shining Star

Gunner & Dolly are Salty's son and daughter by Ch Tollhaven Hard Case. They are growing into beautiful pups and both have a strong retrieving drive and high intellect. Gunner lives with Lynn amd Tagan Mullen but will definitely remain in our breeding program here.

About Tollers
The Toller is a medium size, very active, extremely friendly companion dog. As an active hunting breed the toller needs quite a bit of exercise. Tollers are highly intelligent and eager to please. Though they can be quite stubborn at times, they are easy to train and do well in obedience, flyball, and agility as well as being great hunting companions. Most tollers are about 18 to 20 inches at the shoulder when full grown, but don't let their small size fool you as they are very strong and can do the job as well as any of the larger retrieving breeds.

The colour of a Toller usually ranges from orange to dark red with white markings on the chest, feet and tail tip. Some also have a white blaze on the face. At Lealee we believe that tollers are excellent family pets for very active families. With patience and kindness they will grow up to be your best friend, never asking for much other than a little love and kindness. We believe that if you choose the right Toller You Can Buy Love.
